GP Sport
The GM Phantom GP Sport is available in 3 Main chassis options. The main frame is water cut steel on all the GP Sport options, the differences in the model designations are in the swingarm options. There are 2 options of Dual arm, steel or machined alloy and also a machined alloy monoarm version. Check out the standard and optional upgrades lists below. All DMR supplied Phantoms come as standard with DMR race tuned engines and are prepped to order.

The rear wheel on the monoarm models is quick release by removal of a single 24mm nut. Phantom also have a quick release front hub available as an upgrade for all models. This enables the front wheel to be removed while leaving the brake disk and hydraulic "Formula" caliper in situ. Both front and rear wheel changes can be made in a matter of minutes. The rear sprocket and chain is also removable/changeable by the removal of a single bolt, no obstructions exist. The chain is adjustable by way of a special tool supplied with the bike.

The dual swingarms are available as shown above on the GP Sport and GP Sport R. The chain has huge range in its adjustment, unlike on other makes of Minimoto, the chain is never likely to require links removing/adding to accomodate front or rear sprocket changes. The front and rear wheels on all Phantoms are intricately machined and anodised.

The Phantoms have a range of interesting design features in addition to those mentioned above. The tyre valves are mounted solid and easily accessible. Like other makes of bikes the brakes discs are free floating. The Phantoms come as standard with Formula Hydraulic brakes, the brake levers are span adjustable. The handle bars are internally threaded for either nylon or alloy direct handlebar end fitment. The engines are located in a lower position for lower centre of gravity. The engine can also be adjusted to the left and right for better chain alignment. The rear wheel on the monoarm bikes is adjustable for alignment with the front wheel. The Phantoms have a range of light gauge expansion chambers available for different power delivery requirements.
